Marketing a home for rent is one of the aspects we do for you as a full service firm.  CENTURY 21 American Properties, Inc markets it rental properties more then anyone in the greater Jacksonville North Carolina area.

The most effective form of marketing your property we have found is the marketing to our own agents at CENTURY 21 American Properties, Inc.  The CENTURY 21 American Properties, inc agents at all our locations have complete access to all of your property information for prospective tenants.  We have found 92% of the properties we manage are rented by one of our real estate agents.

In addition to our agents, we are a full member of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors and the information to every property we manage is put into the mls system.  With that in mind every real estate agent that is a member of the Jacksonville Board will have access to your property.

We pay each agent that secures a tenant that would like to rent your property a finders fee.

Your property is advertised in the daily news paper on a rotating basis with other properties. 

Your property is advertised on the internet in a number of sites.  Each site we advertise on sends us leads for rentals in the Jacksonville Onslow County area.  These leads are sent to our relocation department and then distributed to our agents, to find the prospective tenants a home.

                                            


We also work hand in hand with Camp Lejeune Base Housing.  There is a number of our properties that participate in the Military Set Aside Program.   Once you place your property under management with CENTURY 21 American Properties, Inc we will go over this information with you.  We feel this is a good program that has benefits on both sides of the rental.
